Sustainability is embedded in the DNA of the Pereira Group. Since our origins, closely linked to the sea and the communities that depend on it, we have developed our business with a long-term vision based on respect for natural resources, commitment to people, and responsible management.
In 2026, we take a key step forward with the publication of our first Sustainability Report, a transparency exercise that provides a structured overview of our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, as well as the progress achieved and the challenges we face as a global organisation.
This report reflects a natural evolution: from a values-driven culture to a structured management model, where sustainability is integrated across all areas and geographies of the Group. In addition, we have defined our roadmap for the next five years (2026–2030), aligned with international standards and built on a rigorous analysis of the most relevant material topics for our business and stakeholders.
Among the main conclusions, the consolidation of sustainability as a strategic priority stands out, particularly given the nature of our activity and its impact on the environment. The responsible management of marine resources, the quality and traceability of our products, the development of talent, and the strengthening of ethical and transparent governance are key pillars of our model.
Today, sustainability is not just a commitment: it is how we understand our present and shape our future.
